From Sea to Shining Sea

From Sea to Shining Sea

I thought this week would NEVER get here. A 4 month hiatus from Living Proof is too long. TOO LONG I say.

I’m so pumped to get on that airplane this Thursday and head to Tacoma, WA for our first Living Proof Live of the year. I’ve missed my road family. The praise team. The event team. The tech team. The people. Our fearless leader. Everybody. We had a fun and quick trip in February to Houston to minister with Beth there. But this is our first Living Proof Live since November 19-20 in Rapid City, SD. It’s about dadgum time.

And here’s an added bonus to this great week: I’m traveling to Tampa with my pastor to minister at a missions conference together. Ben and I will be at the Global Impact Conference at Idlewild Baptist Church in Tampa this Wednesday night. I feel sure shenanigans will ensue.

Traveling with BM1 (Beth Moore) and BM2 (Ben Mandrell) in one week? It’s more fun than my heart can bear.

Will I see any of you in Tacoma? Tampa?

My sisters will be flying in from Montana and California for this event and the three of us and my daughter will be there ready to share everything you are preparing for us. This LP comes at the perfect God planned time since it is two years ago today that my only son passed away… The grief is still raw and time with you and your team will sooth the heart ’cause God is always in the auditorium with us. Can’t wait for this special time right in my own back yard.. No hotel elevators this trip for me.. lol

Hope to make it to Tampa, planning on driving over from the Orlando area. Worship with you and a message from Pastor Ben is sure to be a blessing!

What a blessing to hear you tonight at Idlewild. The testimony you gave with Pastor Ben was touching and powerful beyond measure. Thanks for traveling down here to lead us in a wonderful time of worship.

Amazing worship with you and our very own choir! Thank you for bringing back that energy and powerful voice especially singing about Moses 🙂 Pastor Ben and Travis make a great team! Please come back to our church anytime. All of us were delighted by your presence.

    Travis,

Great to worship with you last night! God showed up in my life! As a preacher’s kid and someone who has been around “church” for a long time I do not often feel God appoints me to be at a place or speaks directly to me through the minister or worship leader, but something happened last night. Maybe someday I will get to share it with you. You are gifted and blessed! Thanks again for a wonderful night of worship.

It was soooooooo awesome and the Holy Spirit soooooo real in Tampa last night. Thank you and BM2 for making a great evening. I am a 44 yr old retired U.S. Marine, and I was sobbing like a baby during “Jesus Saves”. God surely showed up and my spirit was renewed for His service! Thanks again for taking the time to be with us at Idlewild last night. Have a safe trip and God Bless, but most of all … may His will be done and all glory be attributed to Him !!!!

I would love to know the song that you sang with the Living Proof Live singers and musicians right after Beth Moore spoke… we loved it! Would love to purchase the album this song is on!

Thank you so much Travis and LPL worship team. I was truly blessed by the worship this weekend! I appreciate how you don’t make it about you- to God alone be the glory! Those 6000+ angelic voices were singing to HIM! I loved the version of “Just as I am” that you sang on Saturday but cannot find it anywhere on the web. Can anyone help me?

Travis, you lead wonderful times of worship. I was just at a Beth Moore event in Tacoma and you sang a lovely version of “Just As I Am”. Is that recorded? I have searched all over the internet to get it, my heart was so tender to that song and God met me where I was through those lyrics.
Another moment that overwhelmed my heart was the very end of the event. We broke into song that you started and you and the band left the stage and left us praising God as a body. I just about wept. It was so beautiful. Thank you for your sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
    Be so very blessed!
